Jungle Viking Shipping Policy

At Jungle Viking, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. All products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners once your payment has been confirmed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

3. Processing & Delivery Times
Because all Jungle Viking products are made to order and may ship from different factories or locations depending on the item, delivery times can vary significantly.
As a result, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Most orders are processed and shipped once production is complete, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note that production and shipping times may also be affected by factors such as material availability, factory workload, and carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations domestically and internationally. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
